Ann Uggla is one of Corroventa's most experienced fitters. After working for 16 years as a machine operator in a packaging company, Ann came to Corroventa's production facility in Bankeryd just over 10 years ago.

The biggest difference is that I can work much more independently here, and I really appreciate that. Instead of a production line, I have my own workstation where I start with a blank sheet of metal, pre-assemble motors, rotors, heaters and other major components, and then assemble the entire cassette. Once you've built a few machines, you know the drill! And when a more unusual product turns up, there are lists, descriptions and pre-built inserts that make it easy to see what goes where.

There have been about a hundred crawl space dehumidifiers over the years. More recently, Ann has also been involved in the test installation of new products to prepare for the most efficient installation when it comes time to launch.

I really enjoy working at Corroventa. I have good managers and I feel that my work and contribution is valued. We have good benefits, not least when it comes to health care, and above all I appreciate that there is no unnecessary stress - the priority here is on delivering good quality products.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with her three grandchildren. She is also an enthusiastic baker who loves to share her cakes and cookies with her colleagues!
