Sebastian started his career with Corroventa in 2016. As a temporary worker from a staffing agency, he spent his first year installing water separators and adsorption dehumidifiers. Today he is a team leader at the production plant in Bankeryd, a job that involves planning and managing the daily production work. Sebastian plans who will build what, keeps track of stock levels, supports his colleagues and also steps in as an assembler when needed.
